We now have a fitness room!

The municipality of Schengen has generously provided us with a room on the second floor of the Bech-Kleinmacher town hall; for free.
We can keep this space as long as we don't have our own building.

The FLSA (Luxembourg Rowing Federation) immediately ordered four Concept2 rowing machines, which were delivered to us last Wednesday.

Sessions have just been added for Wednesdays, the first at 6:00 PM and the second at 7:00 PM.  Please book your seat!

This setup will allow us to stay in good shape, even if the conditions on the Moselle River prevent us from going out on the water.

If you have never used this type of equipment before, we are happy to assist you and create a personalized training program tailored to your specific goals, whether it be technique, performance, endurance, or simply general fitness.
