The LIRC offers you the opportunity to practice indoor rowing on Concept2.

Four rowing machines, donated by the FLSA, are available in a heated room on the second floor of the Bech-Kleinmacher town hall, just to the right of the church.
Access is managed by a committee member.
Two sessions are offered to help you improve your technique, stay in shape when weather conditions prevent you from using the river, and increase your abilities, physical resistance, and endurance.

Exercises and a program tailored to your goals can be developed with guidance from experienced members.

By participating in group sessions, the motivation will be there!
