Under this topic, you will find all the recurrent activities we organize along the year.
The LIRC is providing training programs adapted to different level of rowing, from the yearly beginners training to an advanced competition training.
You will have to register as the number of available seats is limited, except for the weekly club sessions where we will arrange boats and crews depending on the rowers presence.
