We will start the 2025 beginners training in a couple of weeks now and we would like to have you onboard! You are receiving this email as you are registered to our website, thank you for doing so.

If you already a member, this the right moment to tell your family, friends and/or colleagues that we are opening the registrations for the 2025 beginners course. Interested persons can register on our website (https://www.luxrow.org/registration) if they would like to join.

This is a unique opportunity for learning how to row in Luxembourg!

There will be a videoconference presentation on Tuesday APR.8 at 20:00 using this link:

During the presentation, you will receive information about the club, the sport and all the details of the program, followed by a Q&A session.

Depending on the number of participants, we may have up to 2 groups of boats per day. 

A first group that will start at 08:00 on Saturdays and 18:30 on Tuesdays and a second group that will start 1h15 later, so at 19:45 on Tuesdays and at 09:15 on Saturdays. You will need to book your seat for every single session using our website, so you may change the time of the session depending on your availability each week (from group 1 to group 2 for example).

The first training day will be Saturday APR.26, the last will be Tuesday MAY.27, so 10 sessions in total:

- Saturdays: 26/04, 03/05, 10/05, 17/05, 24/05
- Tuesdays: 29/04, 06/05/ 13/05, 20/05, 27/05

You will receive a certificate if you joined at least 8 of the 10 sessions.

Open day 

After the online presentation, we will organize an open day, free and for everyone, allowing you to get introduced to the club and the members, and have a first contact with the sport by taking part in a short outing on the Moselle.

This will allow you to make a decision if you are still undecided.

The open day will be organized on:

- Saturday 13/04 at 10 a.m. near our Schwebsange pontoon, in the back of the marina.

Please check the website for the latest information about the open day. If the weather conditions don’t allow the organization of the event, we will postpone it.  

How to enroll?

By simply paying for a yearly membership with an additional 100 EUR for the whole training.

As soon as the payment is received on our account, you will be part of the crew!

Membership fees

- Individual membership_________________________200 EUR full year

- Family membership____________________________275 EUR full year

- Student membership (no limit of age)__________125 EUR full year

A yearly membership is mandatory as it includes as well the insurance fees.

Additional fees: Beginners training program 2025
The training program for beginners will be charged at an extra 100 EUR for the whole program.
For an individual beginner, this would then cost 200 EUR + 100 EUR.
For a student beginner, 125 EUR + 100 EUR.
