We recently converted the Rembrandt C4x+ to a C4+ so we can teach you sweep rowing!

No previous sweep experience is needed, we will start with the basics and do exercises to get familiar with rowing with one oar.

Learning how to cox will be part of this training as well: we will rotate who rows and who steers.

Like the advanced training sessions, registrations close one day before. Please be considerate of the time and effort we put into organizing these coached sessions: unlike with sculling, a last minute cancellation means that the training will need to be cancelled!

Be aware that sweep rowing is more demanding for the back than sculling due to its' assymmetry. If you have any back issues or other injuries, make sure to check with the coach if it's a good idea to participate.
