Dear rower,

With the construction of the new boathouse and the anticipation of an increase in the number of members in our club,
the Committee wish to strengthen the club's management structure in order to ensure maximum safety and consistency
in the basic principles that we would like everyone to adopt.
This has never been done on an academic way before.

We have therefore compiled a series of club rules and best practices in a document called "Member Compendium"
that we would like to present you.

In a half-day session, we will go through the theory at the Bech-Kleinmacher Indoor room (2nd floor),
followed by a pratical session on the water where everyone will be able to experience.

This training is mandatory if you wish to assume the responsibility of captain within the club in the future.
