Dear LIRC member,

You are cordially invited to our general assembly meeting of the rowing club which will take place on Monday March 18 from 7:00 p.m.,
in the room on the first floor of the municipal building located at the Waistrooss, n°46 in Bech-Kleinmacher.

This session will be a bit special, to the extent that we had to make changes to our statutes to follow the latest directives relating to non-profit organizations, which were validated on August 7, 2023 by the Luxembourg administration.
Your presence is therefore essential to validate these modifications.

We will not yet be able to accept votes by video conference this time, since our current statutes do not yet provide for it.
This will be possible thanks to these new statutes.

If we do not have 2/3 of the members in order of contributions present, a second AGM will be organized on Tuesday March 26 where only the members present will determine the outcome of the vote.

Please be in order with your contributions for 2024 to be able to vote!

You can also sign a power of attorney for another member who can represent you.
This power of attorney is limited to one person.

You will find an empty form on the shared drive (link here below) which can be given to Marjan van Herwijnen, treasurer,
upon your arrival or sent to us by email (scan) to the committee address before the meeting of course.
